On our little trek we have 13 members all but one of whom were at breakfast today. Mark is staying with his brother in Pathan and will join us from tomorrow. Tonight we we will also be joined for dinner by the other Medex folk in town for the ISMM Conference. It’s great to be back in Nepal with (and amongst) so many friends.
