Our swimming exercise today has been laps of the boat, morning and afternoon we have completed 10 circuits, it sounds simple but the waves and wind push up quite a current, going from the end of the dingy which is tied to the back of the boat to the anchor chain takes 56 strokes, back down the other side only 19. Quite good training really, big effort one side , relax on the other and repeat. You may think us crazy and your probably correct but its what we do!
