Cruisers, it seems, hang out here for years either rocking at anchor whilst squadrons of Yamaha powered Pangas roar past or tied up at the marin.. Most boats are in find fettle but there’s also a large number of rusting, sun-scorched floating homes too derelict to go far. There occupiers too have seen a lot of sun and appear to be living on fresh air.
Today’s mission to find a torque wrench was eventually successful but we failed to source the long length of 1.5” sanitary hose we need to replace our atherosclerotic toilet outflow pipes. We’ll need to ship it in from Miami I think.
